Whenever you click on another person's username, you will be taken to their profile. Their information is divided up into three sections.

Click on the section title to view that page. The "Listing" and "Preferences" sections will be displayed in full. The "Contact Info" section will only display non-confidential information to you until you click on the "Consider ..." button.

If from what you've read so far about this person, you are certain that they are not a good match for your living situation, click on the "Ignore..." button.
